Travel Assistance

All approved travel can be arranged utilizing our travel management team. Services include arrangement for pick-up at traveler’s home, airline reservations to include special requests, ground transportation such as rental cars or town car service at destination and hotel accommodations for short or long-term stays. Frequent traveler information and loyalty club memberships will be obtained to ensure amenities and rewards are captured. Two or three options will be provided for each trip to ensure the most cost effective and pleasant experience is delivered. A complete itinerary is provided with trip details, helpful information and 24/7 emergency contact information. Should changes be required, a travel management team member is available to cancel a ticket and book a new one, review airline policies and utilize any remaining value to keep the journey as affordable as possible. An added benefit is the travel management team can typically cancel a reservation if changes are needed within the first 24 hours and make new arrangements with no penalty fees.
