Premier’s Consultant will perform a detailed needs assessment with the transferee and consult the client’s policy prior to submitting a request for housing. Comprehensive information will be provided to the transferee prior to arrival to include: confirmation of their arrival and departure dates, arrival instructions, emergency contact information and lease terms. A resident welcome call will be made within 24 hours of arrival and a pre-departure call will be made with departing instructions. Premier’s Consultant will ensure the accommodation is satisfactory and facilitate any concerns or requests to the temporary housing provider for resolution.
